Definitions.

In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning: "The Company" means Campfire Stories. "Customer" means the customer of the company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods or services by The Company to the Customer.

Payment.

Payments will be pre-authorised at the time of placing an order. No goods/services shall be supplied without payment. 

We use an approved payment system. It handles the transaction on our behalf. If necessary we use your address in order for us to ship your order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Product Delivery Time.

When we have the items of your order in stock we do our best to dispatch it  as  quickly as possible. In the Netherland we use Post NL.

Returns.

Under the Dutch Online Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after order receipt date.

Workshop Terms & Conditions

In Person Workshop - Cancellation Policy

Q. What happens if Campfire Stories cancels a workshop booking?

In the unlikely event of the cancellation of a course by Campfire Stories, we will fully refund you or offer a swap to another course. We cannot be held liable for any third-party costs, such as travel bookings or accommodation.

Q. What happens if I need to cancel a workshop booking?

We are happy to issue a refund within 14 days of a payment being made. If you change your mind about a workshop up to 28 days before the workshop start date, we are happy to swap you onto another workshop, if there is space. We are unfortunately unable to swap bookings with less than a month until the workshop start date, however we can accommodate someone else in your place.

In Person Workshops Conditions

During our workshops we take pictures/recordings for our Social Media channels / website. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you hereby give your consent for the use of these pictures. You may withdraw your consent by writing to us on info@campfirestories.nl or mention this to one of our staff members during the workshop.

Cancellation Policy

Payment:

Payments will be pre-authorised at the time of placing an order. Only when your payment is received your place is secured.

Ticket Returns:

The speakers and full program of Campfire Stories will announced shortly before the event

We are happy to issue a refund within 14 days of a payment being made.

After this period : if you are unable to attend the event you can transfer your ticket to somebody else. 

No refunds can be made 8 weeks prior to Campfire Stories the Gathering
