Mareike loves to connect people with themselves and others through movement and body connection.

This workshop is a combination of natural movement, yoga, body percussion, thai massage and contact improvisation -   creating human energy on a deeper level. 

Mareike has been a yoga teacher for over 10 years and combines her knowledge of movement education, dance,, thai massage, ayurveda and voice therapy into a concentrated portion of energy with a deep feeling of bliss. Her goal is to release individual potential through intuitive movement and to provide the opportunity to discover ourselves in and through human connection.
